Founded with a vision to create positive change, Genus Foundation is a Rajasthan-based, grass root non-governmental organization with a rich history spanning over 30 years. Our organization is dedicated to fostering holistic and inclusive community development, with a strong focus on improving the quality of life, enhancing livelihood opportunities, and promoting social equity, especially among vulnerable and marginalized communities.

Genus Foundation has been working tirelessly to address the pressing needs of communities in Rajasthan and beyond. Over the years, we have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these communities and have tailored our interventions to meet their specific needs.

Our Core Focus Areas:

•  Water Management : Ensuring sustainable water management practices.

• Education: “Prerna” - An Educational Stream of Genus Foundation, was started in 1999 with the aim of imparting quality education to candidates from financially weaker sections. Empowering students, through education and competitive coaching.

• Health & Family Welfare Initiatives: Improving health outcomes and promoting family welfare.

• Skill Development & Livelihood Promotion: Enhancing livelihood opportunities through skill development.

• Agriculture Development & Organic Farming Promotion: Promoting sustainable agriculture practices.

• Women Empowerment & Social Inclusion: Empowering women and promoting social inclusion.​

Our Reach:

We operate in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh states, with outreach to select more states, focusing on rural and underserved regions.
